Return and Refund Policy

At Lupos Racing Club, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances. All sales are final, except in cases where the product arrives damaged.


General Policy

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing (if applicable), or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before making a purchase.

Final Sale Items:
Certain items may be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for any returns or refunds, even if damaged (this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase).


Exceptions for Damaged Products

We understand that issues can occur during shipping or manufacturing. Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described

  • Damage is reported within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The damage is verifiable (not caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery)

Examples of eligible damage include:

  • Cracks, breaks, or structural defects

  • Incorrect printing or customization errors attributable to us

  • Packaging damage that affects the product itself

We do not cover damage caused by:

  • Customer mishandling

  • Normal use or wear

  • External factors post-delivery (e.g., accidents, exposure to elements)


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact Us:
Email us at cernetchidaniel@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the damage.

Inspection:
We may request the return of the damaged item for inspection (shipping costs for returns will be reimbursed if the claim is approved).

Resolution:
If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement product at no additional cost. Processing may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the damage is due to our error.


Additional Information

Custom or Personalized Products:
For items like vanity plates or custom orders, refunds/replacements are limited to manufacturing defects only. We cannot accommodate changes after production begins.

International Orders:
Additional customs fees, duties, or international shipping issues are the responsibility of the buyer and are not grounds for refunds.

Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
